2. Details of observer evaluation (from what perspectives)
Based on the above purport, the observer views the progression of the review and its points of focus, and then makes an evaluation from the following three perspectives.
(1) Status of peer review activities (opinions regarding activities in general)
(2) Method of review
With regard to the three methods of document examination, interviews and field observation used in the peer review activities, the observer carries out separate evaluations (appropriateness, etc., of viewpoints and progression of process).
