NSnet Peer Review of The Kansai Electric Power Company, Inc. Ohi Power Station conducted over a four-day period starting January 22th, was completed .
The NSnet Peer Review team consisted of specialists from Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, Sumitomo Atomic Energy Industries, Ltd., Tohoku Electric Power Company, Incorporated, Toshiba Corporation, Global Nuclear Fuel Japan Co., Ltd., as well as a secretariat staff (a total of six members). The review involved the assessments of the company’s organization / administration, emergency measures, education / training, operation / maintenance, radiation protection, and addressing important issues associated through observations of those activities, interviews with employees, and examination of documents.
